The resolution of building disputes has been part of our firm's work over many years. Where necessary, such work has included attendance at Court Hearings to give evidence as an Expert Witness.

The work has also included inspections of building works as an independent Surveyor, to give expert advice in respect of constructional detailing, advice regarding remedial works and where appropriate, calculations of appropriate costings. Our aim always is to obtain the very best settlement possible for our Clients but equally, to obtain a solution on an amicable basis.
