Our service includes the preparation and submission of Planning Applications for all types of uses and developments. Subsequent to submission, negotiations with the Local Planning Authorities can be undertaken followed if necessary, by the submission of Planning Appeals, should the Application be unsuccessful. We also provide the necessary expertise for attendance at Public Inquiries and Hearings in respect of Planning Appeals.

In addition to handling Planning Applications, we also undertake submissions on behalf of Clients relevant to Local Plan proposals during the draft stages prior to the Public Inquiry stage. We can also prepare the necessary evidence for submission to the Enquiry and have appeared on a number of occasions, in front of the relevant Inspectors prior to the ratification of the Plan.
