Using the RICS Form of Certification of Domestic Structures, we have carried out inspections of many privately built dwellings.  Many of the properties both new build and converted barns have been of the self-build type.

The service involves entering into a binding contract between ourselves and our Clients, this followed by a sequence of up to 12 inspections at the various stages of the building works  On satisfactory completion, a Certificate can be issued which can be of considerable use and importance should the property be re-sold or should there be a wish to raise funds by way of secure lending against the property.
